Participants have the option to stay at the Best Western Premier Solo Baruwhich is the location of our conference. The price per night at the hotel is listed below:

Participants have the option to reserve the hotel early before the conference by clicking here. After finishing your payment, you will receive a confirmation letter and the room will be automatically reserved under your name.


Terms and Conditions

  1. The registration fees may only be paid in Rupiah (1 USD = Rp 13.500).
  2. Travel to Surakarta, Indonesia is not included in the registration fee.
  3. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Hotel reservation are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  4. 1st APIPEC Conference registration fee includes; access to keynote lectures and workshops (October 13th-October 15th 2017); welcoming dinner (October 13th); lunches (October 13th-October 14th); coffee breaks (October 13th-October 15th 2017); conference materials
  5. Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard) or by ATM/bank transfer in Rupiah through Midtrans Online Payment. All payment must be made prior the conference starts.
  6. All payment must be made within 7 days after the registration.
  7. Fees for conference registration and accommodation are due on submission of registration. You will not be officially registered for the conference until payment is received.
  8. Requests for refunds or cancellations must be in writing through before October 1st, 2017. Please allow sixty (60) days after the conference for refunds.
  9. Registration online indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
